PrizeGreece's place at Eurovision 2027 in Burgas (11, 13 and 15 May 2027)

It is the first time Sing for Greece leaves Athens. The 2025 national final was held at the Christmas Theater, and the three 2026 shows at Peiraios 260.

Not announced yet. Submissions were open from 22 September to 1 November 2026. A seven-member committee now chooses up to 20 songs for the two semi-finals, plus four reserves. Greek media have published lists of around 60 artists said to have submitted songs. ERT hasn't confirmed any names or the total.

Last year's timeline is the best guide:

4 January 2026: ERT revealed the 28 acts in a special ERT1 broadcast.

17–18 January 2026: the songs were released, 14 per night.

15 February 2026: Akylas won the final.

The 2027 final falls at almost the same point in the calendar, so the line-up is likely around the turn of the year. ERT hasn't given a date. We'll add every artist and song here as soon as the list is out.

Semi-finals (9 and 11 February): decided by televote only. Together they send 12 songs to the final.

Final (13 February): the public vote is combined with two juries, one Greek and one international. We haven't seen ERT confirm the weighting for 2027.

For reference, the 2026 final was 50% televote, 25% Greek jury and 25% international jury. Akylas topped all three: 12 points from each jury and 24 from the public, the maximum 48 points. Good Job Nicky's *Dark Side of the Moon* was second with 33. The public cast 162,272 votes, and *Ferto* took 59,834 of them, more than a third.

The 2027 edition is smaller: up to 20 songs instead of 28, and 12 finalists instead of 14.

Two patterns are worth knowing:

1. The national final has worked so far. Greece returned to an open national final in 2025 after choosing internally from 2018 to 2024. Both winners since then reached the Eurovision final and finished in the top 10. Two years is a small sample.

2. Greece does better with the public than with the juries. In Vienna, Akylas scored 147 televote points (joint 6th) against 73 from the juries (12th). A song that has already won a Greek public vote has passed the test Greece usually does well on. The juries are the open question.

There are no Eurovision 2027 songs yet, so there is nothing real to price. Any Greece price today reflects the country's record, not a song.

Three things to keep in mind from 2026:

The market rated Greece higher than the result did. Akylas closed at 13.54, the 4th-shortest price in the winner market. He finished 10th, six places below where the odds had him.

By 13 February the season is well under way. Albania, Estonia, Luxembourg and Latvia will have picked their entries, Denmark picks the same night, and Italy, Finland and Lithuania follow within a week. Greece's song joins a field that is already taking shape.

The juries are the gap. A Sing for Greece winner that also works for juries would change how the market prices Greece.

We'll update this page with the participants, the songs, the results and the market reaction as they happen. Live prices are on our .
